StoreSutraDawa

Before expiry, in every store.

StoreSutra Dawa is built for medical stores and pharmacy chains. Every strip is tracked by batch and expiry, expired medicine is refused at billing, and the Schedule H register fills itself from the bill.

Sound familiar?

What changes on day one.

Out go the registers, the phone calls and the guesswork. In comes one screen that's right the moment a bill is saved.

Today

  • A handwritten expiry register that nobody checks
  • Expired strips sometimes reach a customer
  • Schedule H entries written up at the end of the day
  • Near-expiry stock found too late to return
  • Each store's stock known only by phoning it

With StoreSutra Dawa

  • Every batch checked against your 90/60/30-day rules each night
  • Expired batches blocked at the counter, checked twice
  • Schedule H, H1 and X lines recorded from the bill itself
  • Return lists drafted while the supplier still accepts them
  • All stores' stock and expiry on one screen

Built for pharmacies and medical stores

Built for the way your shop really works.

Every edition includes the full StoreSutra core: billing, inventory, transfers, staff and salary, expenses, reports and Chaukas AI. Dawa sets the defaults for your kind of shop.

Batch and expiry on every strip

Stock is held at the level of item, batch, expiry and MRP. Pack sizes such as a strip of 10 tablets are handled at billing and receipt.

Schedule H, H1 and X register

Patient, doctor, prescription number and batch are captured when the bill is made, with an optional prescription photo. Register lines can't be edited later.

Compliant bills

Store name, GSTIN and drug licence number on every A4 or thermal bill, with HSN-wise GST and a continuous invoice series per store.

Shelf-life checks at receipt

Set a rule such as warn below 6 months and block below 3. Rates above MRP and duplicate supplier invoices are caught before stock goes live.

Move stock before it expires

A slow store's near-expiry stock can go to a faster store in four tracked steps, at purchase rate, with in-transit tracking.

Supplier returns and credit

Near-expiry and damaged stock goes on a return list, a debit note is printed, and the return stays credit pending until the supplier's credit note is matched.

A day with StoreSutra Dawa

From the first scan to the last summary.

A normal day across your stores, with StoreSutra quietly checking everything in the background. StoreSutra and Chaukas never give medical advice. Health questions are always sent to the pharmacist.

  1. 00:30

    Expiry scan

Every batch in every store gets its window. Insulin pens at Mall Road move into the critical window and raise one alert.

  2. 09:00

    Morning digest

₹14,700 of stock expires within 30 days across 9 batches; 4 can still be returned. The owner taps Draft return list.

  3. 10:30

    Distributor delivery

Goods receipt flags Azithromycin with 4 months' shelf life. The manager accepts it with a reason; the entry is logged.

  4. 13:00

    A Schedule H sale

The counter records the doctor's name and prescription number on the bill. The register line is written automatically.

  5. 17:00

    Transfer before expiry

Insulin pens move from Mall Road to Chandigarh, where they sell faster. Chandigarh verifies the count on arrival.

  6. 23:00

    Owner summary

Sales against last week, the weakest store, and one expired-sale override with the owner's reason.
